We do not have any retail store. If you want to visit our office, please contact us before you come.

Ordering

1. We accept both domestic and international orders.
2. We only accept online orders through our website. Please place your order on our Shopping Cart system.
3. If your order is placed successfully, you should receive our auto-response email within a few minutes.
4. We usually send quotation and confirm the shipping cost to you in one working day. If you don't receive any reply from us, please check if it is a weekend or public holiday, or if you have entered the correct email address. Otherwise, please contact us.
5. You can order an item that is out of stock (i.e. Back Orders). If the out of stock items will be replenished within 14 days, we would consolidate all ordered items together and ship them to you. If the out of stock items to be replenished more than 14 days, we would inform you and wait for your response.
6. We accept Pre-orders for brand new releases. They will be shipped as soon as stock arrives. Shipping charges will be at normal rates.

Payment

1. Paypal:
   - Paypal is an account-based system that lets anyone with an email address send and receive online payments using your credit card or bank account. If you paid by Paypal, you need to apply for a Paypal account first. Please make sure you have sent the money to our correct email address (www.wiitech.com.hk). For more details, you can visit http://www.paypal.com/
2. Bank to bank money transfer (Money Wire):
   - If you paid by Bank to bank Transfer, please transfer your payment to our bank account in Hong Kong (Hang Seng Bank Ltd) and make sure that you have included the order number in message to recipient (i.e. Wii Tech).
3. No warranty guarantee and/or money back guarantee regarding customs confiscation for shipping airsoft items to any countries where airsoft items are illegal (e.g. Australia, Canada, Philippines, and Thailand etc.).
4. Please contact us if you have any question regarding the payment methods for your country.

Handling

1. No handling fee is charged.
2. However, if customer cancels a paid order, a cancellation fee of 5% of the total payment will be charged.
3. If customer cancels a paid order and changes the payment into store credit, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Taxes and Import Duties

1. All our prices do not include any import duties, taxes and VAT. We are not responsible for any import duties, fees, customs charges, VAT or taxes that you may have to pay when shipments enter your country/state.
2. International orders are generally subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes in the country of destination. Therefore, please consult your government import office and/or customs department for specific information regarding these potential charges.

Trademark policy
In some countries, like USA, customs regulations require that all airsoft guns and items must be treated as following:

1. The tip of the barrel of airsoft guns must be painted in bright orange color.
2. All non-licensed trademarks must be removed from the items for copyright reasons.

We follow the above regulation strictly and provide free-of-charge treatments as following:

1. Orange plastic flash hider is bought together with the airsoft gun for international shipment, and the original flash hider is also shipped with the airsoft gun.
2. For any airsoft guns that without appropriate orange plastic flash hider, we will use orange spray to paint the barrel tip in about 2cm. Please avoid the painted tip touch with thinner because the paint will be removed easily by thinner.
3. Orange plastic handguard may also be put on the airsoft gun for some specific countries as per their regulations. The original handguard is also shipped together with the airsoft gun.
4. Specific sticker is used to cover the trademark on the airsoft guns; or
5. Black glue is used to remove the trademark on the airsoft guns.

(Both sticker and black glue should not be peeling off easily, but they can be removed if you mean to do so.)

Please be advised that customers are responsible for complete awareness of rules and regulations particular to their countries regarding airsoft items. Therefore, please confirm with your Customs regarding the import rules/requirements and notify us accordingly. We will try our best to follow your instructions.

If customer do not willing to follow the rules and regulations, we do not bare any responsibility including customs seizures, and we are not responsible for any harm or accident caused by any misuse of these airsoft guns.

Shipping

1. For any shipment weighing more than 2kg, we recommend to be shipped by Worldwide/Global express. It is easier to track your shipment, yet costs about the same as Air Mail.
2. Following table is a comparison of different shipping method.

1. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment after you have paid for your order. Then, you can check your order status by entering the order number into the "Order status" section on our website. We will also inform you by email if there is any change in your order.
2. Tracking information will be sent to you after your order is shipped. You can also track your parcel through the shipping carrier’s website (applied to Express Mail only).
3. If your order is shipped by Air/Ground Mail, a REG/ Parcel number assigned to your parcel will be given. Therefore, you can trace the shipment with the post office by yourself.
4. If you want to ship the ordered items separately, additional shipping charges might be required.
5. We never charge for items we are unable to ship.
6. Shipping costs are not refundable.
7. We do not ship any items to P.O. boxes.
8. We can ship our items to you despite airsoft guns are illegal in your country, but we do not guarantee delivery and shall not be held any responsibility for any customs seizures/confiscation. In the event of customs seizure, no refunds will be available.
9. "Gas & Silicone Spray" by surface mail only with no guarantee.

Delay, lost or damaged goods

1. In order to ensure all items are sent in perfect condition, all goods are inspected before shipping. Therefore, Wii Tech is not responsible for any delay, lost or damage goods by shippers or any customs seizures/confiscation.
2. We pay express shippers extra to fully insure our shipments. It is very unusual for goods to be damaged in shipment, but if you receive damaged goods from express shippers, please inform us immediately by email and we will make arrangements with the express shippers to inspect the goods and then return them to us. In order to successfully claim the express shippers, please do not return the damaged goods to us without contacting us first, otherwise you will invalidate the insurance. DO NOT RETURN THE ITEM TO US. YOU MUST MAKE A CLAIM WITH EXPRESS SHIPPERS BEFORE A PRODUCT WILL BE REPLACED.
3. When it is confirmed the compensation is valid to be made, the compensation value is always referring to the value declared on the invoice. After we receive damaged goods back here, we will ship a replacement - of the same item - to you at no cost.
4. Wii Tech reserves the rights to making the final decision on compensation.

Returns and Exchanges

1. If you return the shipments to us, please return the items within 10 days of the original shipping date, and all items must be packed with original wrappings and in new, unused and saleable condition, for exchange, credit or refund. Thereby, returning items will incur a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price.
2. If the returned items are received between 10 and 30 days after original ship date, a re-stocking fee of 50% of the total product purchase price will be incurred. The remaining balance of payment will then be refunded to you.
3. In some Countries, if you refuse receiving your shipment, your Customs may charge duty/handling fee on the shipment. Thereby, we will deduct this Customs duty/handling fee from your remaining balance of payment.
4. You are responsible for any damage and/or loss incurred during return the shipments.
